Roko Mimica

Roko Mimica is the leader of Work Package 6 (WP6) – Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation – in the InnoThyroGen project. His responsibilities include designing and implementing the project’s communication strategy, managing its visual identity across social media and the official website, and ensuring that key messages are accessible to the broader public. Beyond communication, Roko also coordinates dissemination efforts to share validated scientific results with target stakeholders such as researchers, clinicians, industry actors, and policymakers. This includes shaping technical outputs into formats suitable for conferences, policy briefs, and professional events, in close collaboration with the scientific teams. In parallel, he supports the project’s exploitation planning by helping identify ways in which the research outcomes could be sustained or scaled after the project ends – through public uptake, policy integration, or potential commercial pathways. With a strong background in digital marketing and visual strategy, Roko bridges the gap between science and society, ensuring that the project’s impact reaches beyond academic circles.
