Dr. Teodora Karan-Đurašević is an Associate Research Professor at the Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering, University of Belgrade with 20 years of experience in the field of molecular biomedicine and 43 published scientific papers. The main focus of her research is the genetic basis of hematologic malignancies, particularly the investigation of prognostic and predictive molecular markers relevant for the follow-up and treatment of chronic and acute leukemias. She is experienced in the research employing cell culture and high-throughput (NGS) methodologies, and will be engaged in activities in the WP1, WP3 and the WP4.
