Iva Sabolić is a bioinformatician and biologist with broad expertise in molecular ecology, genomics and bioinformatics. She is a skilled bioinformatician and researcher with a robust academic background in biology and ecology, demonstrating strong proficiency in applying genomics and molecular tools. Focused on next-generation sequencing (NGS) methods and big data bioinformatics, she is responsible for eDNA sequencing data processing, quality control, and statistical analysis. As part of the eDNA Labs team, Iva supports the development and implementation of bioinformatics pipelines for the analysis of NGS and omics-generated data. Her work contributes significantly to understanding species adaptation, biomarker responses, and gene-environment interactions in ecological and evolutionary research.
