Đorđe Pavlović is a Research Assistant at the Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering, University of Belgrade. His PhD focuses on the long non-coding RNA GAS5 and it’s role in acute myeloid leukemia. Currently he is working on developing and improving in-house bioinformatics pipelines for germline and somatic variant calling for SNVs and CNVs. Đorđe Pavlović will be engaged in activities in the WP3 and the WP4.
