Dr. Jelena Mihailović is a Project Manager at the OITE – Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR Serbia). She is a skilled project and portfolio management professional with experience in formulation and creation of both funding programs and project proposals, coordination of grant proposal evaluation process, monitoring and evaluation of projects and has contributed to development of bespoke online platforms for listed processes. She holds a PhD in biochemistry, with 10 years of experience in research with creation of and participation in national, international and EU funded projects. She has been a part of several national and international open science initiatives and has contributed to creating policies in this filed. Within the InnoThyroGen project, she contributes to OITE’s project management, educational activities and preparation of guidelines.
